Archwizard update

A strange stone statue of the ancient lich Alzador has arrived in the lands of beep n zap, become an archwizard and free him from his stony prison for a path to an even greater power: The Expert Set - but beware, liches are not known to be noble in their efforts...

-Added 3 new levels in celebration of DJ Rozwell and the Psneaky group's release of "NONE OF THIS IS REAL: Expert Set." These are accessed by acquiring every upgrade in the game (becoming an archwizard) and then freeing the lich Alzador from the stone, who is located on a secret island to the right of the hub world. 

-Added new mysterious "Chaos" orb that can only be activated by perfectly completing every level (incl expert set) in the game.

-Changed base game completion cost from 100k -> 75k, should require significantly lower average combo to complete now.

-Changed fire staff base dmg from 5 -> 6, made it so each AOE upgrade also adds one point of additional damage to its blast.

-Slightly tweaked timing of some enemies (donny the cat, uncle jim, psycho-x) to make them slightly easier to fight.
